Enquiries about membership of the Association can be made by e-mail to membership@wahga.org.uk.

The membership year starts in October and membership costs just 5 per year. Membership includes spouses and young children.

Amongst the benefits is the ability to use our trading sheds where we stock a variety of gardening requisites such as seeds, canes, labels and pens, composts and fertilizers. We buy in bulk and sell at extremely competitive prices. The sheds are manned by volunteers with many years of accumulated gardening experience behind them so come along and tap into that wisdom.

If you should want an allotment, rents are very reasonable, of the order of 30 per year for a full plot. For the over-sixties there is a reduction of 50 per cent (first 10 pole plot only). For enquiries about allotment availability or to put your name on the waiting list, please contact the Allotment Secretary allotments@wahga.org.uk

There are a number of informal social activities. The members bar in Gardeners Hall is open on Sunday lunchtimes and sells a variety of refreshments made, of course, from agricultural produce such as hops, barley, rye, sugar etc. The Hall has its own car park for members.

Finally, you may visit the RHS Gardens at Wisley (just off the A3 near Guildford) or further afield using our associate membership card, available from the Association Secretary.

We like to keep in touch with our members, so if you have changed address or telephone number please let us know. In any case please send us an e-mail to membership@wahga.org.uk so we can add your e-mail address to our records.
